Thank you for the visiting my website!

My name is Marina Breydo. I am a Licensed Psychotherapist based in Boston, Massachusetts. I have been a psychotherapist for over 25 years and through my work, I have helped hundreds of clients to improve their lives and relationships, regardless of their circumstances.

Because of this, I truly enjoy my work and the fulfillment which it brings me has only increased my passion for it throughout the years.
I have worked in different countries with people from different cultures, and through the course of it I learned that people everywhere have the same problems and desires; they need to be loved, understood and to feel accepted.

I have also learned that positive attitudes can make tremendous difference in what happens in our lives and in our relationships.
My clients come to therapy with unique and significant stories.  I am a good listener, and help each and every person I see discover and recognize the power of their strengths and beliefs, and figure out how to help to make the necessary changes in their lives.

While no one can change the past, people can work with professionals like myself to better understand and resolve challenges in life. By applying different therapy approaches, I help my clients unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that hold them back from experiencing fulfilling and meaningful lives..
As a solution-focused therapist, I seek to help people uncover their true potential and lead lives that are worth celebrating

If you are looking for extra support and guidance in a challenging situation or if you’re ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.  I believe in the power that each person has to achieve a more balanced lifestyle and to create positive and lasting change in their lives, but for many, this change cannot be achieved alone, I am here for you.
